We Accept Most Insurance Carriers

We are contracted with many local insurance companies. Below are a list of some of the companies:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO, & not HMO or Blue Choice)
• Current Health Network
• Health Alliance (including Medicare & Medicare Advantage)
• Healthcare's Finest Network (HFN)
• Humana (including Medicare & Medicare Advantage)
• Medicaid (Harmony/Wellcare, IlliniCare, Meridian managed care plans)

• Medicare
• Mutual Medical (McDonough County employees)
• Preferred Plan/Zellis (PPO)
• Tricare
• Unicare-Healthlink (PPO only, at Tier II rate)
• United Healthcare

Of note, we do NOT have contracts with Aetna or Cigna.  We are still happy to see you, but please be aware that you may pay higher rates to see us as a non-contracted provider.

Our Office Accepts the following forms of payment:

• MasterCard
• Discover
• American Express

Please bring your child’s insurance card with you to each and every visit.

As part of our contract with insurance companies requiring co-pays, we are required to collect your co-pays at the time of your visit.

If you have a high deductible plan we will collect $50 at each visit and bill you for the remaining balance after we receive an Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company.
